Oranka Joining Food at the Heart of Care Seminar

We are delighted to be part of this Free Winter Seminar bringing innovation, compassion, and practical solutions to the region.

The National Association of Care Catering (NACC) North Region, in partnership with the Hospital Caterers Association (HCA), is proud to announce the Winter Seminar: Food at the Heart of Care, taking place on Thursday 20th November 2025 at the AJ Bell Stadium, Salford. Attendance is free of charge.

The event will unite care chefs, catering managers, dietitians, healthcare providers, and suppliers from across the region for a full day of expert talks, live cooking demonstrations, and an interactive Christmas Market-style exhibition.

Highlights from the programme include:

  • Eat Curious: The future of protein – Preyesh Patel, Co-Founder of Eat Curious

  • The Restaurant Card: restoring dignity through food – Chris Curtis, CEO of the Swallows Head & Neck Cancer Charity & cancer survivor

Delegates will also enjoy live cooking sessions from Rational Chefs and a vibrant Christmas Market exhibition showcasing the latest products and solutions for the care catering sector.
